  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts or related field

  • Minimum of 10 years exposure on product development of as a Sous Chef or Assistant to the Executive Chef with identified technical proficiency and exposure to a wide variety of experiences in baking and food preparations.

  • Has thorough knowledge of baking and food preparation and presentation.

  • Must have above culinary arts skills that enables to develop prepared food (sandwiches, pasta, salad, soup and the like.

  • Must be able to deal with all aspects of product development from clients' need analysis, product solution conceptualization through finalization, and scale up from laboratory through production.

  • Must have a good grasped and working knowledge on food mathematics and economics.

Skill requirement:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Ability to work with cross- functional teams, as well as with clients

  • Must have an above average command of both oral and written English and local language

  • Team player

  • Must have good time management skills to accommodate competing priorities, multiple projects and tight timelines.
