Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Supervise electrical contracting and construction activities.
Serve as the group's maintaining Professional Engineer.
Supervise maintenance and troubleshooting of all laboratory equipment.
Support client acquisition for meter testing, sealing, and quality assurance (QA).
Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to staff.
Prepare and present performance reports and updates for management.
Attend MANCOM meetings and other corporate events.
Address the company's electrical system concerns promptly.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Sales, and R&D teams on testing, QA, and product development matters.
Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
Manage and monitor technicians, ensuring efficient resolution of trouble tickets.
Prepare monthly summaries and analyses of trouble tickets.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent rapport building and communication abilities (verbal & written).
In-depth knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Project Management, and Cost Estimation.
Proficient in electrical plans, implementation, and project supervision.
Effective time management and multitasking skills.
