Senior Marketing Officer

Job Summary

Trion Trade Inc. is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Senior Marketing Officer to lead the marketing efforts for our electric metering portfolio-including smart meters, residential units, and outdoor solutions—targeting private utilities, industrial parks, commercial facilities, and energy service companies (ESCOs).

This role combines strategic marketing leadership with deep involvement in product portfolio development, pricing strategy, and market expansion planning. You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring Marketing Specialists, ensuring cohesive and effective campaign execution across all touchpoints.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for electric metering products across private sector utility clients such as IPPs, industrial zones, real estate developers, and large commercial establishments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, unmet needs, and strategic positioning opportunities.
• Plan and manage go-to-market strategies, product rollouts, and integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and lead generation.

Product Portfolio Development

• Identify market opportunities and customer pain points to guide product line-up decisions and innovation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Engineering) to develop, source, and manage product portfolios aligned with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Draft and secure approval for business cases, product range proposals, and launch plans for new or upgraded product lines.

Pricing & Profitability Management

• Design and implement pricing strategies based on market dynamics, competitor benchmarks, and margin targets.
• Conduct ongoing competitor pricing analysis to maintain competitive positioning while achieving profitability goals.
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue and customer value.

Team Supervision & Leadership

• Supervise and mentor a team of Marketing Specialists, ensuring timely task execution, quality deliverables, and alignment with brand and business objectives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Development, and Executive Management to support effective campaign execution and brand consistency.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Represent the marketing function in client-facing meetings, technical briefings, and industry events, particularly with private utility stakeholders and ESCOs.
• Support business development efforts by creating tailored presentations, case studies, marketing materials, and technical collateral.
• Lead product demonstrations, customer education sessions, and promotional events.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and analyze marketing KPIs, including lead generation, engagement rates, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI.
• Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Use data analytics to refine marketing tactics and support executive-level decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in utility, metering, or industrial B2B sectors, with team supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing to private utilities, industrial estates, IPPs, and commercial developers.
• Proven experience leading marketing teams and delivering successful campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
