We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Accountant with strong experience in the real estate industry, particularly in property development, leasing, and sales transactions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all financial records related to projects, properties, and client accounts. This position requires hands-on experience in real estate accounting processes such as project cost tracking, buyer ledgers, amortization schedules, leasing income accounting, and commission computations.

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business—including AP/AR management, monthly closing activities, financial reporting, tax compliance, and coordination with various departments such as Sales, Engineering, Treasury, and Admin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Management:
  • Understand lender requirements and ensure all borrower documents remain current (within 30 days).
  • CRM Management (Connective):
  • Accurately transcribe and update client information in Connective CRM, ensuring all data is complete and organised.
  • Borrower Follow-Ups:
  • Proactively chase clients for outstanding paperwork, identification, financial statements, and any other required documents.
  • Valuation Coordination:
  • Organise property valuations through PropertyHub and ensure all valuation reports and statuses are recorded in the CRM.
  • Workflow & File Organisation:
  • Keep all notes, communications, and documents up to date in the CRM to maintain clear visibility for the broker.
  • Loan Application Preparation:
  • Once all documents are received, assist with preparing and completing loan applications in NexGen.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Finance, or any related field
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, real estate support, or virtual assistance
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Applications (Docs, Sheets, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup, with a reliable internet connection and proper workspace
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, KVCore, Follow-Up Boss, or similar) is a strong advantage
  • Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
