Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and professional Virtual Assistant to join our ambulance services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering patient calls, gathering essential information, and coordinating ambulance service requests efficiently and accurately. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming calls from patients or representatives requesting ambulance services.
- Obtain and accurately record all necessary details in the system (patient information, location, nature of emergency, etc.).
- Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication at all times.
- Coordinate with dispatch or other relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all records.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and demonstrate empathy in every interaction.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably as a virtual assistant or call center representative.
- Ability to handle emergency and non-emergency calls with professionalism, empathy, and composure.
- Proficient in computer systems, data entry, and virtual communication tools, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong listening, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Medical background is not required or preferred; full training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
