General Virtual Assistant
Go Hire Virtual is looking for driven, reliable, and coachable individuals to become one of our General Virtual Assistants. While the role includes administrative and support tasks, successful candidates will primarily function as Sales Representatives, Cold Callers, and Appointment Setters.
Before successful client placement, candidates will participate in an extensive, paid two-week training program (or Bootcamp) designed to thoroughly prepare you for client interviews and long-term VA placements. If you are passionate about building a remote career in sales, lead generation, cold calling, admin support, and social media assistance, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic admin tasks: data entry, documentation, file management
- Assist with social media scheduling and basic content tasks
- Make outbound cold calls and set appointments
- Produce daily lead lists (25 leads/day)
- Submit Daily Reports and Minutes of Meetings
- Complete all assigned training modules, quizzes, and assessments
- Participate in daily roleplays, mock calls, and GCU lessons
Training Requirements
- Attend daily Morning Meeting at 7:55 AM MST
- Sales Training at 3:00 PM MST
- Complete daily GCU lessons and quizzes before shift starts
- Must be reachable at all times during shift (phone, Zoom text, email)
- Must provide an active phone number
Failure to comply with attendance, GCU tasks, or core responsibilities may result in removal from Bootcamp.
Qualifications
- Preferably 6+ months BPO, customer service, or call experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Coachable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with admin tasks, sales, and social media
- Must be actively seeking full-time work (no other job commitments)
- Technical requirements:
- i5+ computer
- Noise-canceling headset (non-Bluetooth)
- 50 Mbps wired internet
- Dedicated home office setup
