JOB PURPOSE

Regulatory Specialist for Store Operations ensure the regulatory compliance of the Company's Boutiques/ Stores/Branches with government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Local Government Units (LGUs) by overseeing registration, permitting, reporting, and termination processes. This role supports operational integrity through close coordination with internal departments and serves as a primary liaison with regulatory authorities to address store-related compliance requirements.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to and work closely with the Senior Regulatory Supervisor for Store Operations to monitor and ensure the regulatory compliance of the Company's Boutiques/Stores/Branches with the BIR and LGUs

  • Handle the registration, termination/cessation, and processing of other reportorial requirements of Boutiques/Stores/Branches with the BIR

  • Monitor and assist with the Mayor's Permits and other LGU-related permits/clearances

  • Attend to BIR-related inquiries and concerns of Boutiques/Stores/Branches

  • Collaborate with various departments and business partners, particularly Sales/Stores, IT, and Legal, to ensure integrated compliance efforts for the Company's branches and stores

  • Conduct fieldwork and serve as a point of contact for regulatory and tax authorities, such as the BIR and LGUs, for store compliance matters

  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time*
