Is currently looking for: FCL Import/Export Operations Specialist – Singapore Account

We are hiring an FCL Import/Export Operations Specialist to handle end-to-end consolidation shipments for the Singapore trade lane. This role is ideal for candidates with a logistics background who can manage time-sensitive operations, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate effectively with multiple international and domestic partners.

Key Responsibilities


• Handle full FCL import and export operations specifically for the Singapore trade lane.


• Coordinate with co-loaders, carriers, overseas agents, trucking partners, and warehouses.


• Process and validate documentation for both import and export shipments, including HBL/MBL, invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.


• Monitor vessel schedules, cut-off times, cargo availability, and transshipment status.


• Manage SI filing, AMS submissions (if applicable), and other regulatory or carrier requirements.


• Review freight charges, submit billing instructions, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.


• Communicate shipment updates, delays, and requirements to customers and internal teams.


• Resolve operational issues such as documentation discrepancies, missing details, and schedule conflicts.


• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.


• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in LCL operations.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.


• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in LCL import/export or freight forwarding operations.


• Strong knowledge of consolidation processes, shipping documentation, and international logistics.


• Familiarity with Singapore trade requirements is a strong advantage.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments under strict timelines.


• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in logistics systems or freight software is preferred.
