Job Title: HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST-LABOR and COMPLIANCE

Work Arrangement: ON-SITE Work location: Qualfon Cebu

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Human Resource Specialist for Labor Compliance aids with and provides HR Administrative support to the Global Person Office Leadership Team, consisting of senior leaders reporting directly to the Chief Person Officer. Duties may be clerical, administrative and project-based and include arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence, and liaising with internal and external parties. This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires utmost diplomacy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:


•     Monitor and ensure company adherence to local and national labor laws.


•     Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.


•     Work closely with HR and management to address labor-related concerns.


•     Prepare reports and documentation for DOLE and other regulatory agencies.


•     Stay updated on new labor regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:


•     Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.


•     At least 1–2 years of experience in em compliance or HR compliance.


•     Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.


•     Excellent communication and analytical skills.


•     Detail-oriented and highly organized.
