JOB PURPOSE

Regulatory Specialists ensure that organizations comply with industry specifications, standards, regulations, and laws. They review operational practices, create and enforce compliance plans, and perform regulatory risk management.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Processing of electronic payment & manual payment for local/foreign vendors

• Validating, processing, and clearing of payment

• Perform month end closing activities such as accruals and amortization of prepayments

• Recording of Government payments (SSS/PHIC/HDMF)

• Recording of fund transfers, interest income, dollar purchase, bank charges, other income

• Prepare financial schedules/analyses as required

• Handle analysis of account information

• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

EDUCATION REQUIRED

College graduate with preference in Accounting, Business or a related field.

EXPERIENCES

3-4 years of experience in the related field.

  • An accredited qualification in regulatory and compliance assurance will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in office and compliance management software
