The opportunity
District Sales Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to join the sales team of New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation, a leading provider of pharmaceutical products in Metro Manila. As the District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and building strong relationships with key customers in your assigned territory.
We are in need of DSM for:
- North Luzon
- South Luzon
- GMA
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets within your designated region
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentorship to drive their performance
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products
- Prospect for new customers, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to expand the company's customer base
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored to your region
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering strong revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with customers at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events
