Job Title: District Manager – Oncology
Location: NCR, Bulacan, and Zamboanga
Work Setup: Mobile (Fieldwork)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift
About the Role
The District Manager – Oncology will lead, develop, and manage the sales team within assigned territories to achieve revenue and market share goals. This role involves implementing business strategies, monitoring performance, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
You will play a key role in driving growth within the oncology portfolio while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor product movement, sales trends, and inventory levels across accounts.
- Create strategies to sustain and grow product performance in hospitals and trade outlets.
Territory & Team Management
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure timely and effective implementation of marketing and promotional programs.
- Lead, coach, and motivate Medical Representatives to achieve sales objectives.
- Oversee operational expenses and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to company policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with HR to address team vacancies and staffing needs.
- Work closely with other departments to align with company objectives.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and customer inquiries.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a District Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably handling Oncology.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Must be mobile and willing to travel or be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
- Possesses a valid driver's license.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Pharmacy, Biology, or related science courses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and reporting software.
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform fieldwork.
- High integrity and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
