Job Title: District Sales Manager

Terms: Full-time | Commission + Leadership Incentives

Location: Philippines (Remote/Field-Based)

Requirements: Attend trainings every month | 5+ years life insurance sales (quota record) | 3–5 years management experience leading a sales district

About the Role:

As a District Sales Manager, you'll lead and develop multiple units of Financial Advisors while driving performance through coaching, sales strategy, and recruitment. This is a leadership opportunity for seasoned professionals passionate about building high-performing teams, mentoring others, and scaling a business region.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Leadership & Client Development

  • Drive the district to consistently meet or exceed sales and recruitment quotas.
  • Lead by example by actively prospecting and closing deals with high-value individual and corporate clients.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive financial strategies covering protection, education, retirement planning, investments, and estate management.
  • Mentor Unit Managers and Financial Advisors in advanced sales strategies, client handling, and overcoming objections.
  • Monitor and analyze district performance, adjusting strategies to ensure all sales and activity targets are consistently achieved.

2. Recruitment, Training & Team Development

  • Strategically recruit and build high-potential teams across your district.
  • Design and oversee onboarding, leadership development, and advanced training programs to equip Unit Managers and Financial Advisors with top-level skills.
  • Implement performance improvement plans and personalized coaching for underperforming leaders or advisors.
  • Conduct regular district meetings, sales huddles, and accountability check-ins.
  • Foster a high-performance culture rooted in discipline, ownership, and growth.

3. Oversight of Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and enforce standards for client servicing and after-sales care across the district.
  • Handle escalated client concerns and ensure prompt, professional resolution.
  • Guarantee that all sales processes and advisor-client interactions comply with regulatory and ethical standards.Guide teams in managing client relationships throughout various life stages and financial journeys.
  • Track and improve client retention, referrals, and satisfaction metrics across the district.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in life insurance sales with a strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience leading a sales team, unit, or district.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • People-oriented and passionate about developing leaders and advisors.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
