About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven District Manager to lead, develop, and drive sales performance across assigned territories. This role is critical in setting objectives, implementing strategies, and ensuring that the team executes effective promotional sales programs. The District Manager will also supervise day-to-day operations, build strong customer relationships, and manage accounts to sustain business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Achievement & Revenue
- Implement plans and strategies to achieve district sales targets within set timelines.
- Monitor and review product performance for both major and minor brands.
- Develop initiatives to sustain sales, product movement, and inventory levels across trade outlets, hospital pharmacies, and other accounts.
Territory Business Management
- Develop and support relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within the district.
- Ensure target medical doctors (MDs) are included in and regularly updated in the medical representatives' (MRs) master list.
- Oversee the timely execution of marketing programs aligned with business goals.
- Address customer concerns and queries professionally, aligned with company policies and code of conduct.
- Coordinate with HR to minimize team vacancies (not exceeding two weeks).
- Manage operational expenses and company assets efficiently.
- Prepare and submit reports and documentation within deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Management or Science-related courses.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other company tools.
- Skilled in coaching, developing team members, and managing territory operations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform fieldwork under irregular hours.
- Must be mobile, willing to conduct regular fieldwork, and open to assignments anywhere in the Philippines.
- Must demonstrate integrity and compliance with corporate code of conduct and policies.
