About the role

We're looking for a talented Human Resources Staff to join our team at SAVVICE CORPORATION in Sta Rita, Guiguinto Bulacan. As a full-time HR professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing business and ensuring our employees have an exceptional experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and administer employee benefits, including health insurance and leave entitlements
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and practices
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

What we're looking for

  • 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in using HR-related software and database management
  • Relevant HR-related qualifications or certifications
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
