An HR Generalist oversees various human resources functions, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring processes, job postings, interviews, and new employee orientation.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote workplace harmony.
  • Benefits Administration: Handle payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave management.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Performance Management: Assist in appraisals and goal setting.
  • HR Records: Maintain accurate employee records and reports.
  • The candidate must currently be able to work in South Caloocan, but the deployment will take place in the warehouse in Balagtas, Bulacan.
  • Willing to travel to the head office from Bulacan if necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
