Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Process and workflow optimization: Implement and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Staff management: Hire, train, and supervise employees, set performance expectations, and provide coaching to motivate and develop staff.
- Performance and quality control: Monitor and evaluate performance metrics (KPIs), and ensure all products and services meet quality standards.
- Cross-functional coordination: Facilitate collaboration between different departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Compliance and regulation: Ensure all operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Resource and inventory management: Oversee the procurement of materials, manage inventory, and ensure the efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles.
- Proficiency with relevant software, including project management, communication, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
