Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Advertisers, Account Encoders, Orders/Uploader staff, and Sequence Builders; set performance objectives and monitor outcomes.
  • Ensure end-to-end campaign and order workflows meet quality, SLA, and policy requirements.
  • Collaborate with AI Sales Bot and uploader integrations; implement guardrails and human-in-the-loop review where needed.
  • Define and optimize standard operating procedures, onboarding, QA checks, and escalation paths.
  • Manage data quality, privacy, and compliance with advertising policies and regional regulations.
  • Monitor KPIs (throughput, accuracy, SLA attainment, defect rate, refund/credit cycles) and drive improvements.
  • Partner with Finance on cost controls, budgeting, and ROI reporting; assist in forecasting and headcount planning.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communications with Product, IT/SRE, Security, and Compliance teams.
  • Own reporting to the Department Head and senior leadership; prepare dashboards and weekly/ monthly reviews.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years in digital advertising operations, account management, or a related field; supervisory/people management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of advertising platforms, campaign lifecycles, and policy compliance.
  • Experience with AI-assisted workflows, prompts management, and order ingestion processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data tools (Excel/Sheets, BI dashboards) and basic SQL or data querying a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, process-improvement, and project-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with data privacy (GDPR/CCPA) and risk management is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with CRM/advertising platforms, order management systems, or uploader integrations.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts (versioning, testing, QA).
  • Bilingual capabilities for global teams.
