We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to manage timekeeping and recruitment while supporting a range of HR functions. This role is essential in ensuring accurate employee records, smooth HR operations, and effective implementation of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee timekeeping processes, including attendance monitoring, validation, and coordination with payroll.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment—job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files (both digital and physical) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with various HR activities such as employee relations, training coordination, and labor compliance.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably focused on timekeeping and recruitment.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems, and full-cycle recruitment is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Sta. Cruz, Guiguinto, Bulacan.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
