We are a growing manufacturing company in the Philippines looking for a dedicated and organized people to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting both human resources and administrative operations.

Note: Processing of applications will be in Metro Manila while deployment is in Bulacan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Support payroll processing through accurate monitoring of timekeeping records.
  • Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company events.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts and certificates.
  • Handle office administration, including coordination with government and security agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government reporting of newly hired employees to PhilHealth and separated employees to Pag-IBIG.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of HR and/or administrative experience (manufacturing background preferred).
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
