Human Resource Generalist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to manage timekeeping and recruitment, while also supporting various HR functions. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and proper maintenance of employee records, as well as contributing to the efficient execution of daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee timekeeping activities, including attendance monitoring, validation, and coordination with payroll.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes such as job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee 201 files (digital and physical), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide assistance in other HR functions, including employee relations, training coordination, and labor compliance.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in timekeeping and recruitment.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in record management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Sta. Cruz, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
