
HR Team Lead

1. Oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate within the team.
2. Assists HR Manager in the design and develop strategies to effectively carry out the programs of the department and the organization.
3. Helps the HR Manager in managing department staffing including employee selection, development, retention and exits.
4. Approve OT, leaves, pay releases and change shifts (if necessary) of his/ her direct reports
5. Coach, supervise, review and monitor the performance of subordinates and make recommendations on personnel movements, promotions and transfers (if necessary) including but not limited to annual performance reviews.
6. Develop existing competency level of subordinates for career development and succession planning through periodic training, coaching and mentoring.
7. Conduct orientation for sitewide employees of new program/s.
8. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
9. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
Design, develop and managed implementation of Performance Appraisal ,feedback scheduling and prepare documentation needed for all employees.
Assist HR Manager to design and develop, compensation and benefits programs
Assist HR Manager to design, develop and implement employee engagement
Assist HR Manager to design and develop award and recognition programs
Oversee government and company benefits implementation
Other related tasks may be assigned from time to time
