Qualifications:
Educational Background & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes is an advantage.
Experience Required:
- Preferably 1 year of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
- Fresh graduates with relevant HR internship experience are welcome to apply.
Work Location:
- Primarily assigned to the Beach Front Campus (BFC).
- Will occasionally coordinate with the IT Park HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Generalist in implementing HR programs, projects, and employee engagement activities at BFC.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries (attendance, benefits, onboarding, etc.).
- Coordinate with the IT Park HR team for submission and tracking of HR deliverables.
- Support onboarding processes, including document collection and validation.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and compliance reports.
- Assist in facilitating orientations, HR talks, and internal HR communications.
- Process HR documents such as leave forms, NTEs, and clearance forms.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
