Job Summary: Responsible for the delivery of efficient, prompt, and appropriate medical
services as well as administrative and logistical support to address emergency situations, medical conditions, and health-related issues and concerns of guests, employees, and the Resort/Hotel in general according to acceptable medical practices in conformity with the BE guidelines, standards, and procedures to achieve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction by providing support in ensuring that medical assistance is made readily available to guests, employees and concessionaires of the Resort/Hotel.
Resort Nurse
- Should have first aid experience and know how to handle emergency situations that employees may experience and guests as well;
- Should be able to assess and examine employees for the formulation and recommendation in the implementation of the Resort's Health & Safety policies and programs;
- Possess a good bedside manner to be able to comfort employees who are in pain and explain problems clearly;
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written mediums;
- Facilitates government claims and reports such as:
- Social Security System (SSS) Sickness, Maternity reporting and the like as well as the reimbursement processes in a timely manner;
- DOLE monthly and yearend Health & Safety Occupational reports;
- Assist Human Resources Department with organizing employee health records and other clinic related records and files in a way that is easily accessible;
- Ensure that the Health & Safety Protocols at the workplace are adhered to by the Team Members;
HR Assistant
- Facilitate processing of timekeeping reports and sends to Corp HR for review, Timekeeping adjustments, monitor Team Member movements and update records accordingly;
- Sends out daily attendance reports;
- Undertake systematic and careful distribution and safekeeping of unclaimed pay slips; and render assistance, check records, make accurate computation to facilitate processing of last pay and other related pay administration procedures
- Compose, encode and maintain files of correspondences and reports of the HR department
- Collaborate and cooperate in maintaining an updated and accurate HR systems database, particularly 201 Files
- Update any record such as logbook turnover, releases and issuances to employees
- Facilitate and Coordinate with Panglao LGU Municipal Health in the monthly Water Analysis requirements at the identified resort water resources.
Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the following:
HR Office
Resort Clinic
Cafeteria
Locker rooms.
Assists/Accommodates Team Member HR Related concerns;
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
