Recruitment Coordinator

- Using various methods (job boards, social media, networking, databases) to find and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Creating and implementing effective sourcing strategies to reach a diverse pool of applicants.
- Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for each role.
- Conducting initial phone screens or interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and interest.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Providing timely and clear communication to candidates regarding the status of their application.
- Tracking and managing candidate information in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other database.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to create accurate and engaging job descriptions.
- Posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process, ensuring that it's efficient and effective.
- Providing support to the onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitoring recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
