Job Title: HR Recruitment Officer (Reliever)

Position Summary:

The HR Recruitment Officer (Reliever) will temporarily support the Human Resources Department by managing end-to-end recruitment processes during the absence of the regular Recruitment Officer. This role ensures timely sourcing, screening, and hiring of qualified candidates to meet the company's manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads or hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in processing pre-employment requirements and background checks.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Ensure timely communication with applicants and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned during the reliever period.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR functions.
  • Knowledgeable in sourcing strategies, job portals, and social media recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to start ASAP.
  • Willing to work at INGCO Head Office, South Caloocan City.
  • Open to working on a reliever/temporary basis.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
