Job description:
Recruitment Function
Focus primarily on hiring qualified applicants that aid to support the Operational needs of the Company.
1.Provides the manpower requirements of the departments and stores.
2.Recruits and partners with new Agencies and Head Hunters.
3.Liaise/Coordinates with the Recruitment agencies for manpower pooling and/or matters.
4.Conducts initial interviews and applicant screening.
5.Sets appointments with Law Office for final interviews.
6.Ensures that the new hires have complete requirements before the start date.
7.Partners with Schools/Universities and other government agencies to acquire pool for candidates.
8.In-charge with the requisition of Job Tools for newly hired employees.
9.Responsible in company ID request and dissemination.
Manpower Coordinator
Processing of Manpower Billings
Focus primarily on timekeeping and processing billings to accurately record and manage the time spent on various tasks or projects by employees or contractors and then generate invoices or billings based on that time.
1.Tracking hours worked, overtime rendered, and other time-related information to ensure accurate compensation and compliance with labor laws.
2.Translating the recorded time into invoices or bills receive from partner agencies for payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
