
Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the manpower needs of the company's retail operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring that stores are staffed with competent and customer-oriented personnel who align with company standards. The Recruitment Specialist also supports employer branding, employee onboarding, and contributes to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail positions, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate with store and area managers regarding manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely placement of staff to support smooth store operations.
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update recruitment records, databases, and reports.
- Support new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment; retail industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple job requisitions at once.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with job portals and recruitment tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
