We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Recruitment Operations Coordinator to streamline and optimise our processes, support data-driven reporting, and drive operational excellence across recruitment and admin functions. What You’ll Do Map and improve recruitment workflows, documentation, and templates Create dashboards, reports, and insights on recruitment performance Design and maintain job ad and marketing templates (Canva/graphic tools) Identify and implement automation or AI tools to improve efficiency Maintain ATS/CRM records, email campaigns, and candidate/client coding Manage contractor onboarding, aftercare, and compliance Provide overflow recruitment support (sourcing, scheduling, admin) About You 3+ years’ experience in a recruitment agency (supporting AU/NZ clients preferred) Skilled in workflow/process documentation and reporting Experience with ATS/CRM tools Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills Graphic design or digital marketing certification is a plus.
