Key responsibilities

- Problem-solving: Addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications and skills
Educational background: bachelor's degree in a related field in HR and Admin.
Experience: three years of experience in people management coordination, or HR work .

- Team and strategy management:

- Client and operational management:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or manpower agency operations.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance in the Philippines.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.
- Experience with recruitment software and HRIS is a plus.
