Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Management

  • Actively source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update a candidate database, ensuring a continuous pipeline of talent for corporate health staffing needs.
  • Conduct proactive talent pooling to anticipate workforce demands, particularly for specialized healthcare roles.

2. Candidate Screening & Selection

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews, evaluating experience, competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
  • Administer pre-employment assessments, background checks, and credential verification where applicable.

3. Recruitment Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide timely updates on recruitment progress, candidate status, and hiring metrics to management.

4. Offer Management & Onboarding Support

  • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring smooth integration into their respective roles.
  • Support new employees by providing guidance on company policies, benefits, and workplace expectations.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and recruitment policies, mitigating risks in hiring practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including applicant tracking, interview outcomes, and hiring trends.
  • Prepare recruitment reports for leadership review, analyzing hiring performance and areas for improvement.

6. Continuous Improvement & Market Research

  • Monitor hiring trends and competitor recruitment strategies, identifying areas for enhancement in sourcing and selection processes.
  • Suggest process improvements to streamline hiring timelines and optimize candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on healthcare recruitment best practices, adapting innovative approaches for talent acquisition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources and Development Management or any relative courses
  • Must have at least 1 year end to end recruitment experience.
  • Amenable for ONSITE assignment in Makati City.
