
HR Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR team in managing employees and compensation of benefits administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of payroll process, and the ability to manage confidential employee information while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate the open enrollment process for benefits programs, providing employees with information and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience is preferred.
- Exposure to various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, records management, timekeeping, or benefits processing is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig.
