Summary

Oversees a team of recruiters, manages the end-to-end hiring process for client companies, and ensures staffing needs are met effectively and efficiently. Responsible for developing recruitment strategies, monitoring team performance, and maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Team and strategy management:
  • o Develop, implement, and administer recruitment programs' Lead and mentor a team of recruiters' Set performance goals and targets for the recruitment team's Monitor team productivity and metrics.
  • Hiring and recruitment process:

o Oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding's Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions' Coordinate with clients to understand their specific staffing requirements' Ensure the final hiring decision is made based on candidate interaction and client needs' Conduct background and reference checks.

  • Client and operational management:

o Ensure client satisfaction by MRF requirements' Monitor agency performance and compliance's Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations. Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or manpower agency operations.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance in the Philippines.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.
  • Experience with recruitment software and HRIS is a plus.
