Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager located in Quezon City. The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing front office operations, managing office administration tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include supervising front desk staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Office Administration and Front Office operations
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service excellence
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Prior experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a team and motivate staff
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management software and office productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
