Front of House/Front Desk Receptionist

The Front of House (FOH) staff serves as the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming experience while assisting with customer service needs. This role is also responsible for maintaining accurate membership records and providing administrative support through efficient data logging and use of MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Log and update membership information accurately in the system.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents related to membership and client services.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other front desk communications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or at least college level in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is an advantage.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
