Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check-in/check-out guests courteously and efficiently
  • Handle reservations, payments, and front desk transactions
  • Assist guests with inquiries and recommend local attractions or hotel services
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks
  • Ensure a warm, professional, and hospitable front desk experience
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
  • With or without experience (internship experience is accepted)
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • With good interpersonal skills and positive work attitude
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
