Lead, manage, and coach Retail Salesmen and Retail Executives in assigned territory to achieve business objectives; manage their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of company portfolio, and monitoring their accountabilities i.e. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance.

Lead field teams, manage territory operations, and drive impactful trade and consumer engagement programs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business and Marketing
  • With driver's license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • With relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives experience
  • Extensive field experience in consumer goods companies
