We're looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Visual Merchandising Project Supervisor/Manager to manage end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of VM installations across a large retail network. This role demands strong project management, process control, and large-scale rollout experience.

Project & Timeline Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and lead nationwide VM rollouts
  • Create and track project timelines and milestones
  • Align deliverables with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors

Store Rollout Execution

  • Oversee installation across multiple store locations
  • Ensure quality, brand consistency, and on-time execution
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and manage logistics partners

Process & Quality Control

  • Implement and enforce standardized VM guidelines
  • Conduct store audits for compliance
  • Manage budgets and optimize resources

Cross-functional & Supplier Coordination

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Coordinate with suppliers on production and delivery
  • Negotiate timelines and ensure supplier performance

Creative & Strategic Input

  • Support VM concept development for scalability and feasibility
  • Give feedback on design practicality and cost-efficiency
  • Adapt VM plans for seasonal or market-specific needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years Visual Merchandising experience (FMCG or cosmetics preferred)
  • People Management experience is a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • With logistics background or knowledge
  • Knowledge in VM, retail installations, and materials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel to the VM warehouse as needed
  • Can start immediately; amenable to work onsite in BGC
