The ideal candidate that we're looking for is a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our online stores. You'll lead a small team and work closely with marketing, customer service, and our warehouse team to ensure a smooth, accurate, and engaging customer experience.

What we're looking for:

» 1-5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in skincare, fashion, or FMCG.

» Strong knowledge of Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.

» Familiar with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or email platforms.

» Strong analytical and reporting skills; confident interpreting sales and marketing data.

» Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

» Team player with leadership potential and problem-solving mindset.

» Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

» Committed to achieving individual KPIs and contributing to the team's overall sales targets.
