Overview Merchandising & Promotions Supervisors (Nationwide) Areas to handle: GMA- Manila; South Luzon. Responsibilities Assist the Regional Merchandising and Promotions Manager in executing superior brand staging through effective trade marketing and brand building efforts in collaboration with the National Distributor and the sub-distributors in order to gain Sales-to-Trade (STT) in all brands of the Business Unit. Monitor the inventory of the collaterals in the depots in the territory. Ensure proper utilization and installation of the Temporary Point-of-Sale Materials (TPOSM) in the trade through trade checks. Facilitate the deployment of the Third-Party Affiliate (TPA) merchandising team during the agreed cycle. Cascade the program cycle to the TPA in line with marketing programs and its objectives. Check the program implementation and consolidation of its reports in the territory. Validate the availability of the complete product line of the business unit in Local Key Accounts, Point of Interest (POI) and General Trade. Collaborate weekly pre-take off meetings to align with business needs. Monitor the agreed manpower headcount of the distributor to ensure distribution, availability and merchandising. Collaborate with distributor counterparts regarding program management, availability and distribution. Plan and execute the distribution strategy and sales-to-trade volume achievement of the Area Distributor Partner (ADP). Produce a comprehensive quarterly business report and present it when needed. Qualifications & Skills At least 3 years' experience in a similar role. Previous sales, merchandising, and promotions experience in an FMCG company is highly preferred. Experience handling General Trade is highly preferred. Experience managing National Distributor and Area Distributor partners is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Negotiating and consulting skills. Business Acumen. Excellent presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Keen attention to details. Organized and systematic. High level of integrity.
