Responsibilities

  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Conducting of initial interview and forwarding it to the assigned department head
  • Scheduling applicants for test and interview
  • Facilitating of test for applicants which includes explaining, checking and interpreting psychological test
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Preparing and explaining contract to new hires
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Introducing new hires to the existing employees as well as the different department in the company
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promotion and termination
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Has a background in the Recruitment process
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Graduating of Psychology or Human Resource Development
