Job Title

A dynamic and experienced Human Resources Officer is required to support our organization in maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing effective human resource management, including recruitment, training, and development.

The HR Officer will also handle administrative tasks such as employee records, payroll, compensation, and benefits. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with staff planning, performance evaluation, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new employees and instructors
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Facilitate regular performance evaluations of employees
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Assist in planning and implementing employee training and development programs
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Handle payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
  • Support general administration and operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and payroll management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Payable, and Billing

Work Environment:

The selected candidate must be willing to work full-time in Greenhills, San Juan and have a conducive work-from-home environment.
