Human Resource Manager

Key tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Lead and manage employee engagement, retention, and development programs.
- Oversee employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring timely evaluations and development plans.
- Coordinate and oversee training and development initiatives across departments.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations, including DOLE requirements.
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure employee records are updated and accurate.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs and assist with payroll coordination.
- Support company culture initiatives and foster a healthy, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- With CBA experience is a plus.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
