We're looking for an Employee Engagement & Training Lead who can drive meaningful initiatives that strengthen employee morale, boost productivity, and enhance skills development while also bringing energy and creativity into company-wide events and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs
  • Plan and lead internal events, activations, and recognition programs that align with company culture.
  • Develop monthly engagement calendars and communication strategies.
  • Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve engagement initiatives.

Training & Development

  • Conduct training needs assessments in coordination with department heads.
  • Design and implement upskilling and leadership development programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and track development progress.
  • Partner with external trainers or vendors when needed.

Collaboration & Culture Building

  • Work closely with HR, Operations, and Department Leads to support employee experience strategies.
  • Support internal communications that promote transparency, collaboration, and motivation.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
