Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Muntinlupa City for a Billing and Debtor Support Senior Associate. Day-to-day tasks include managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy of invoices, handling debtors' inquiries and disputes, tracking overdue payments, and coordinating with other departments to resolve billing issues. The role also involves maintaining proper documentation and reports to support financial audits and compliance.
