Business Analyst with strong experience in SAP PLM, Agile PLM, and manufacturing systems (eMES/AMS). Specialize in analyzing order and billing data, investigating open sales items, and resolving system-related issues to support accurate and timely operations. Skilled in collaborating across teams to gather insights, escalate issues, and ensure alignment between business processes and IT systems. Focused on driving efficiency, data accuracy, and meeting SLA and quality standards

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure that request orders are accurately maintained and updated with the correct status. Use the application, SAP PLM report to research open items that are still pending invoice completion or have no Sales Order line entries 2. Investigate open sales order items that are pending billing by customers. Use Agile PLM to research customer information, factory and local contacts for contact and escalation. 3. Initiate and follow up via emails Sales/Factory/PR/PO contacts for any missing information regarding good receipt of materials. Escalate pending items for detailed review and completion

  2. Analysis is not limited to PLM Billing analysis; manufacturing system support is necessary to understand the Product life cycle.

  3. Resolve incidents as 2nd level support for Manufacturing System (eMES or AMS) transaction errors. Analysis of manufacturing business process related to IT systems and data accuracy.

  4. Ensure all incident tickets and requests are closed with resolution in accordance with the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  5. Ensure ticket closures are following the Global Service Desk Quality Assurance standards.

  6. For team lead with subordinates, ensures work progress by monitoring/ controlling personnel activities through performance measurement and evaluation, enforcement of discipline, personnel counselling, and development.

  7. Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time by superior.

  8. Supports Environmental Management system with respect to their job. 11. Implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job

JOB QUALIFICATIONS


• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in SAP PLM is required.


• Experience with both SAP PLM and Agile PLM is required.


• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.


• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Attention to detail and organizational skills Strong understanding of PLM systems and lifecycle stages.


• Proficiency in billing and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Manufacturing Systems process-knowledge is an advantage
