Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Retail CASA Growth to lead initiatives that accelerate acquisition of new retail deposit clients. This role will design and execute growth strategies covering pricing, channels, promotions, campaigns, and process improvements to drive new-to-bank client acquisition. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creativity to deliver both volume growth and differentiated client experiences, while supporting the bank's broader lending-led objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the overall Retail CASA growth strategy and roadmap, targeting acquisition of clients with higher balances to optimize future lending opportunities.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through partnerships, alternative channels, and market ecosystems beyond traditional branch networks.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution, including promotions, marketing collaterals, and back-end fulfillment processes.
  • Set strategic product pricing and bundling by leveraging market research, channel costs, and forecasting NTB (new-to-bank) targets.
  • Collaborate with distribution channels (Digital, Tele, Branch) to optimize channel mix, profitability, and frontliner product knowledge.
  • Partner with marketing teams to conceptualize and implement go-to-market strategies, including digital campaigns, search optimization, PR, and other client engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure achievement of acquisition and profitability goals.
  • Oversee and mentor assigned program managers, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives and results.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in retail banking, with significant exposure to deposit products and growth initiatives.
