About The Role
As a
CASA Acquisition and Product CVP Head
, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Bank's Retail CASA product strategy, positioning, and product maintenance. You will handle the delivery of new-to-bank and new-to-product customer acquisition programs and targets across various channels (e.g. branch, eKYC, partnerships).

How You'll Contribute

  • Manages the CASA Product & Acquisition's overall budget including advertising & promotions, operations, travel, etc.
  • Defines the overall (but detailed) CASA product and retail customer segmentation strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored banking products and services for the customers/segment.
  • Works with different executives, leaders, and stakeholders across business units to synchronize segmentation strategy and do performance management checks.
  • Run projects and initiatives based on the strategic priorities of the segment.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business and Financial/ FinTech, Analytics, Project Management, Strategy and Governance, open to any field of study
  • Must have at least 8-10 years of experience in product management, deposits and payroll products is a plus
  • Proven success in creating business value and rolling out products & services, ideally in the financial services space
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively direct tasks, manage priorities, and navigate through timing/budget constraints of the projects
