Now Hiring: Bakery Production Supervisor — Makati

From the Founder and Chef of Casa Luisa, we're opening a new anchor bakery and restaurant in Makati and are looking for an experienced Bakery Production Supervisor to lead our production team.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid background in baking, organization, and quality control — someone who can balance creativity with precision in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily bakery production and ensure consistent product quality
  • Oversee and train production staff on recipes, standards, and workflow efficiency
  • Manage inventory, costing, and ordering of raw materials and supplies
  • Coordinate with the head chef and management team on production schedules and product development
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times
  • Support new product testing, recipe development, and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Culinary or Baking & Pastry Arts, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bakery or pastry production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to high production standards
  • Knowledge of French or international baking techniques is a plus
