Role Sales Head – responsible for shaping and leading the real estate investment strategy and managing a sales team of over 100 people. Pay Range This range is provided by NEW SAN JOSE BUILDER’S, INC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Shape and lead the real estate investment strategy. Manage a team of >100 sales professionals. Qualifications 10–15 years of experience as Sales Head or Vice President in real‑estate sales. Strong due diligence, deal structuring and performance analysis skills. Excellent communication, influencing, organisational and multi‑tasking abilities. Proven mentor and coach, building high‑performing teams. Goal‑driven with high energy in fast‑paced environments.
